His name is Michael Monk, and he has experience working in the astral plane, many, many years of experience as well as working with the beings that coexist between our realm and the astral realm. So tell us a little bit about what got you into working with the astral plane and how you became aware of this realm because during this season we're talking all about these different realms. So how did you become aware this realm existed?

Miracles, Mormon Roots, And Awakening

be best if I shared my story, and I'll do the really short version with leaving off the details just to give people an idea of my journey. I was raised religious, Mormon faith, Christian. I was the first to rebel, wanted nothing to do with it. In 1999, for whatever reason, the voice of God spoke to me, like came to me, power accompanied, just audible in my eardrums, telepathic in my head, a core-shaking experience that caught me on fire. I started doing the best I could reading the Bible. I gained a relationship with what I call the Holy Spirit that would confirm or deny truth. To me, after two weeks, I experienced my my first what I call a reality-bending miracle by prayer. My right eye was stabbed deep with a sharp object. I was going to lose my left eye, sorry. And uh I prayed to God in the name of Jesus Christ, and I was instantly healed, transfigured. Every cell in my body vibrated. It was crazy. Blood disappeared. After that, I I experienced uh many more miracles by praying to God in the name of Jesus. And I I explored the church, found out it wasn't a fit, that the things God was teaching me weren't in alignment, they weren't all in that black book, you know. So the church rejected me, so I rejected them and chose to just trust my own inner relationship. God step by step led me towards metaphysics and energy mastery, you know, gently in a way that wouldn't cause me to freak out. So I was taken through a series of, I guess what I would call initiations into clairvoyance, astral travel, being woke up on the other side of the veil. And that was how it started. By playing in the energy in the clairvoyant state, I experienced uh soul expansion, what I call soul expansion, where the soul pops out of the body while you're still in it. So still anchored in the soul, I could now expand my spirit into oneness with anything and know it as literally being my body. That's when I noticed that I was telekinetic. I could move the wind, stop the wind, change directions, ripple water with still fingers, cause atmospheric changes, weather, weather control, and most importantly, I could be inside of another person's body and my body at the same time, which is when I noticed that not only could I pray to receive a miracle, but I could create one myself with a spiritual presence inside of the body of another person. I could have various degrees of molecular influence for the same reason as I can move my physical body because I have a mental presence there. Depending on my own alignment, that the cells of the other person will respond to my energy, my thoughts, and my intentions.

Lucid Dreaming Into Out Of Body Travel

And um uh about a few years into that, I decided just to focus entirely, spend a year focused entirely on the out-of-body experience, uh the astral projection. And the gateway, at the best gateway I found was lucid dreaming. You wake up inside of a lucid dream that's basically an astral projection. You just don't remember the journey to get there, but you wake up from that other place. And it's usually a low-level, chaotic place, you know, dreams they don't tend to make much sense. But once you're there, you can then project yourself to infinite realms. And invariably, you always end up coming back to the body from a lucid dream. When you do, if you don't open your eyes and you don't move a muscle, it's effortless just to shove right back out. And so I I would go, go, go every night. I just needed one lucid dream to have five to ten out-of-body experiences. So I've had well over a thousand, and and it it takes that many, it it takes over a hundred to begin to piece together how it how it all works, how it all relates. And by the time I've had a thousand, I've been all the way out until everything ends and goes back to God, and I've been all the way in to where everything ends and goes back to God, as within, so without, and here I am.

I really resonate with your journey so much as I am seeing a lot of parallels and mirrors of how we we were trained in the healing arts as well as in our abilities. I also was in a Mormon family. I'm a straight descendant of Brigham Young and Joseph Smith.

Okay, Joseph Smith was the real deal.

I didn't know.

But from a you know, limited understanding, you didn't have the metaphysics or the higher scientific comprehension, you know, that we do. Brigham Young, I'm not so sure about, but but Joseph Smith was was the real deal.

Yeah. Yeah. I really f felt so much like rejection from that particular like grouping. My dad was a Jack Mormon, so my side of the family was already kind of ostracized from the church.

My grandma and grandpa tried to bring me in, and I was really open to it because I already like knew God because I had this knowing and this relationship as an only child. I was like, God and spirit was my only friend. And I like like he sent me like fairies. I'd like play with fairies, and they were always like watching over me because my parents were working full-time. So the fairies were playing with me and working with me, and like trees talked to me and animals talked to me, so like God made sense. It was just like, yeah, God's everywhere. God is me, I am God, the animals and the trees, and the even man-made objects, you know, like, you know, this this is God too. You know, like so much God.

But I remember going into the church and the people who were teaching and running things, I had some good questions about the passages they would cover in seminary. And I was like, hey, can you explain this passage? And like, it doesn't make sense based on the relationship I have with this spirit that is all. And they couldn't answer my question. They just always were like, You shouldn't question it. You just have to have faith in it. And I was like, but you're teaching it like this specific way, and you're telling us we have to go around, tell all our friends that if they don't join the church, they're going to hell. And I'm like eight years old, and I was like, I don't think that that's a good way to go make friends.

So I I got a little sketched out by the church.

And it sounds like you did too, but Yeah, and you know, uh a seer that can't see, a prophet that doesn't prophecy, and a revelator that doesn't reveal anything, a whole bunch of old men in black suits with red ties that no abilities. I'm sorry, but if you have no abilities, you don't know God. To have a relationship with God is to be empowered. Period.

That is so true. And I think how God has set everything up with these different realms, with these different puzzle, like I always refer to the different religions as puzzle pieces to the the all truth, right? All truth, and these are all just little pieces. And I think I know that there's a lot of people who reject all the other pieces of puzzle puzzle, but can you imagine trying to figure out what the whole picture is with only one piece of a giant like 5,000 piece puzzle?

It's just so I I really love that you allowed Spirit to teach you because that was very similar to my journey. I did once I got many years in, I did find teachers who were willing to guide me further and help me get certified in what I do. But I know that the majority of my journey was self not really self-taught, but spirit-taught, like spirit-led. And I I also understand how disorienting and scary doing that can be. Like it feels so empowering when you can look back and go, oh yeah, I like look at all this stuff I overcame. But I'm sure you had similar experiences that I had where you're going through it and like magic and the astral plane and these beings and the like the powers that God can bestow upon you, being able to foretell the future and see people's futures and fate. And like sometimes you can't help people and they don't want to be helped. Like I could see how people would die when I was a teenager, and I would try and help save my friends like years before they died. I was like, hey, let me help you. And they would just not, they just thought I was crazy and stopped being my friend, and then they ended up dying exactly the way I predicted. And it's you know, I don't know if it was for you as it was for me, but it's as much of a blessing as it is, it's also a very heavy-weighted burden at times.

Absolutely. It'll make your physical life here a lot more difficult in the beginning as you ascend into greater and greater mastery, though the physical pieces of the puzzle come come together and and it does end up in a very beautiful place where life is effortless and and beautiful. So it's it's definitely worth it. I wouldn't trade it for the world, but the lack of understanding, the loss of friends and family, but we gain new friends, we gain new family, you know.

And I think really the the accessibility to people sharing their experiences and being able to help others on that path. You know, like what we're doing here, being able to like let people know who might be experiencing the the greatness that is connecting with the Holy Spirit and also the the fear and the wonder that comes with it. I think I think this is what is really needed at this time, because I know that we're all being called to a much greater thing.

We are. I believe this is a time and age where every individual is being called to know their spirit through direct experience. I believe it's the only salvation of this world. I believe that humanity is on a suicidal course that we are trying to prevent. And and the only prevention that I've seen is each individual gets to know their spirit so that we can become a collective consciousness instead of a collective unconscious. So currently the sp over soul of humanity is like a raging demon with no conscious mind.

Oh my god, yes. So what I'd like to ask is if that's really where we're at on an energetic level, where we the individuals are fighting this overpowered demonic unconsciousness, anti-life vibe, our own suicidal tendencies, right? How can we use the connection to the astral plane to benefit ourselves and the collective? Like, what has been the most profound practices that you have discovered and utilized that have been like the milestones in your self-development journey?

Why The Physical Body Is The Miracle

Okay, well, there there is some great applications. Uh I would like to preface that by saying that I've had over a thousand uh out of bodies and and I travel by the Holy Spirit when I do around my hundredth OBE, I learned that well, God's inside of me, like I'm not getting anywhere traveling by myself. So I I just said to God, I levitate up in the air, take me where I where I need to go. And then God just grabs me from the inside out, whists me through the dimensions, the stars. Then some things started picking up. I started piecing together the puzzle. But I would say the biggest takeaway that that I got, it's mostly for rest and and recreation. That that if if you're seeking wisdom from the astral, you'll get led astray. That this is where the wisdom's at. That's what it all pointed back to me, is that this life is so much more special than people think. Traditional spirituality, religions, a guy has an OBE or two, and all these masters of old, they say, Well, the spirit never dies, so the spirit must be superior to the physical body. But as an energy master with full perception in the body, this is the miracle. This teaches our spirit to be so much more. So um I agree. It comes down to the elements. So we we have solid matter, which is a great density of energy. People in the spiritual community they tend to go density equals bad. No, dense density equals energy, E equals Mc squared. So this realm is dense. We can't live forever in this realm yet, because we do not have a molecular level fusion with the body. We we use a nervous system for our spirit, our etheric spirit, to puppeteer this body. So we have solid matter, liquid water, air. These are all the same things, by the way, just different density levels of compression. And it's relative. It's relative. So what's solid matter to one being might be fluid water to another. You know, what might be water of some and they're breathing it just fine is air, you know, t to another. Yeah, so on and so forth. But we come from ether, which is like the same thing as air, but even lighter. So by by God crafting these physical bodies with this wonderful electrical system, it allows our etheric spirit, which normally would not even be able to experience this density of energy, to have a connection, and we can puppeteer the the these bodies. But what I've learned through all all the astral travel is that this this is the sacred spot. I I remember after traveling by the Holy Spirit like five times, I I said, take me to you. Take me to you, and God slammed me at high speed, a thousand miles per hour, down, down, down, down, slammed me back into my body, and I wake up and I go, What? And you know, the the message was uh that that that the God is everywhere, right? There's nowhere that God is not, but in the deep, deep, deep center of our body, you'll find the greater God, which I choose to call the Christ. And that that has been my my big, big, big lesson that I've learned. So I I call the the astral plane is waking up. You remember you are spirit, and that's crucial. It's critical, but but mostly the astral planes are for rest and and and recreation. Being lucid, having all this time, flying, remembering your natural, multidimensional state invigorates your physical life, and it also allows you not to take it so damn seriously, too, right? Because you have many, many other existence all simultaneously. It also lets you gives you an opportunity to experience your past lives, your your soul family, viewing through many different lenses. I I wanted early on to do two things when when you when you're out of the body. Look in a mirror, because most likely you're not who you think you are. You're not gonna be this person. More often than not, I'm I'm a woman when I'm out of the body, but I'm most definitely a man here, no confusion there. But yeah, so the body teaches our spot by by gaining spiritual awareness in the body, my astral presence got more and more solid. I became more and more powerful out of the body by gaining spiritual awareness in the body, and the level of realms that I'm able to travel to, the beauty and the bliss of it, the complexity, the richness of the nature, the intelligence of the beings that I talked to steadily increased as I grounded into the body and brought my spirit into the air, into the water, and into the bone or the solid matter.

So it sounds like there is so much of working with the elements in regards to being effective in moving yourself through the astral, and then the astral, like, yeah, it's there, and you can go and seek knowledge there, but at the same time, really the more profound experience is being present here, yes, be like exploring your actual physical body, exploring the physical elements of this world, becoming more attuned to the beings that inhabit this world. Like as a healer myself, I also work inside of my clients' bodies, like where I can feel their blockages, their ailments in my body, and I work to move and you know, create activations and quantum leaps for them. So I I have a very similar work method as you do. But it sounds like the way that you're talking about the quantum realm, like it's more so when we are physically exhausted, when we are taking life too seriously, when we are just weighted down by the density of this dimension. It is important to visit the astral plane to replenish the is it is it like the actual like plasma of our spirit body that we bring back from that realm to regenerate our nervous system?

Is that kind of what you're saying is re-invigorate and re-inf refresh everything because the spirit is only observing the electricity in in a sleeping human because it's such a powerful force sensory mechanism. So we have all sorts of healing centers in spirit where they'll they'll do adjustments on you. There's dental work that gets done in spirit, it it's aligning the spirit so that when you get back in the body, it'll put a better imprint on your flesh. The spirit imprints the flesh over time. So so there there is that, and what you were saying about exploring this physical reality, yes, but from a spiritual perception, because the electricity of the nerves paints a picture to our brain, which paints a picture to our consciousness that is not the truth, it's an electrical interpretation. You you already know this from expanded spirit, that that the way we experience this world from spiritual senses is different than what the electricity tells us. You know, spirit passes through and becomes one with particles. Um we call this a physical body because we don't have control over it yet. We can only puppeteer it through the electrical system. But a part of my practice is learning to gain control over that by coming out of the nerves into the water, the blood, the bone, the flesh, and you start to experience it for what it is. Many, many, many tiny little vibrating particles that aren't even touching each other. They're not even, it's mostly empty space. That this is a light body, but it's so much light that that we can't recognize it uh as such. It takes training and and discipline, a huge amount of presence to observe the body spiritually, because it's so much here, right? And but we're so busy in the past and the future that he said, she said, gotta do this, gotta do that. The the electricity can carries us away.

So this is a little off topic, but it's something that came up while I was listening to you describe

Illness, Nervous System, And Energy Control

that. So would you say that people with like chronic illnesses that are nervous system related are having those issues because they are only like utilizing their energy through their nervous system instead of utilizing it through these other layers?

SPEAKER_04 22:20

Yeah, that that would be a a heavy contributor to it. You know, all all illness is energetically related. It all starts as an energetic problem. And spirits are are working through everybody. We gotta remember this this is a fallen world. And the definition of that, in my opinion, is a corrupted spiritual hierarchy. God gave this world free will, and the beings that that rose up into this chose to set up a hierarchy, you know, like a 700 club, the elite, the special, and and there's spirits coming and going from everybody's bodies, influencing their thoughts, influencing everything. Your average person has a minimum of five to ten negative spirits or demons, whatever you want to call it, working through them. You can see personality shifts in people. You know, your average person shifts through like five different personalities on on a daily basis and and they're unaware of it. So the first thing to do is to become aware and to either integrate these other presences and into one unified personality or banish the ones that don't belong.

Thought Forms, Demons, And Free Will Openings

Yeah, let's talk about that because I am seeing such a huge influx of people becoming aware of being under spiritual attack or demonic influence. And even me, I have been under very intense interactions that are much higher than they've been in the past. I I've had a pretty good handle on it in the past, but I would love to share with the listeners on like what can we start to do to create like a safe space for our vessel? Like, obviously, there are helping spirits, there are neutral spirits, and do all of these spirits come from the astral plane, or are there other planes that I mean, obviously the fairy realm's a different plane, but like the main ones that are coming through humans, are they mostly just from the astral plane?

I would say it depends on the person. You know, each situation's unique. A lot of demons are thought form created by humans' creative abilities. Every time you think a thought Like an egregore? Uh I'm not familiar with that word. Could you define it for me?

SPEAKER_00 24:37

So I've heard like an egregore is a thought form where if you have a strong enough emotion or feeling that it pretty much creates its own identity based on that feeling or emotion and experience that caused it. And then it goes around thinking that it is its own identity, and then it in order for it to survive and or get stronger, it has to siphon life force off of other psychically attuned individuals.

Yes, exactly. So with clairvoyance, with really high clairvoyance, with low-level clairvoyance, you can see auras. With higher level clairvoyance, you can see the rippling universal source energy everywhere. With really high level clairvoyance, you can see thoughts form. They form into orbs. You know, the orbs, orbs are spirits, spirits are round, they take a natural, round shape. But after you have a thought, it drifts out of your head and becomes its own thing, and like attracts like. So this is how a poltergeist or or powerful spirits are created. Sometimes this thought form created spirit will dissolve because it'll try to go into another vessel and get eliminated. But when it finds the right energy and feeds and gets the right food, it can gain a high level of individuality. God did not give us the ability to create new life in that way, but these thought forms can gain a shocking amount of mass and influence under certain circumstances. There's also lower realm beings that are very much individualized that get a foothold into this reality. They break through the free will by the humans reaching out themselves, wanting contact uh with something. You know, get they get involved in black magic or or whatever these beings, they get invited quite often. And and there's even some creator-level beings, world makers of worlds, like very high-level powerful beings that have a negative uh mentality to them that will project in here as well. Always through the free will system, it's always through a human opening.

So those higher those higher levels of beings, you know. I I had a client a while back who had a bunch of beings that had hired her for her mission. They were like pretty much told her that this is her mission is to create this astral realm that's like an intermediary between this realm and this other realm that she she believed this was her her mission. And she had created this world with hundreds. I'm talking hundreds of beings, but it had gotten to such a point that they were like creating like poltergeist activity in her house, and they were creating like real problems and attacking her children. And she's like, I I don't want this mission anymore. And and she had been referred to me from a friend, and she was like, I don't, I don't want this mission anymore. It's like first and foremost, any mission that you're given is a choice. And if they are telling you that it is not a choice, they are they they are not good spirits, they are not helping spirits, they have tricked you, they are tricksters. And what I actually could sense how powerful these things were from our phone call, and I would not get anywhere near it because I was like, I can tell that these things are big enough energetically that if I were to go close, that there would be I I would be in danger. I like knew it. I was like, I I can sense that this is a dangerous situation for me. And I I taught her some really basic things to help her get a handle over the problem. I was like, you have to command them to leave, you have to stop working with them. Here's some protection things. You need to ground your energy. Get gave her some protection things. But I told her, I was like, once you master these fun foundational things, I need you to come back to me so we can keep working. Um, and some other stuff happened, like house fires and stuff, and I haven't heard from her since. And I've been like, hey, are you okay? Reach out to me. But my question where I was going with that is I see so many clients. I I was just what using one example of people who are being reached out to by these higher level entities being told that this is your mission. A lot of ETs. I'm seeing a lot of like, you know, I I've done light code stuff and I've channeled the the, you know, and I don't always know like, hmm, is this is this always for the light? And I take breaks every now and again, and I notice that if I'm not being pushed to do it, then it's probably for the highest good because, you know, those entities are always like the pushers. They're the ones that are like, you need to do this now, you need to do this now. But if I have control over, you know, am I being coerced to do this, or is this something I'm being given a choice? Like, but I'm just wondering, like, are there things the listeners, watchers, people out there that are tuned in can do to like know what astral beings are safe to work with, how to get rid of things that are currently interacting with them, like signs that there's something working in the background that they think it's them, but it's not them. Because these are all issues that I know I've had in the past, but I would love someone more experienced in this particular realm to like educate the listeners on, because this is this is going to be a much bigger problem in the coming months because things are ramping up.

Discernment Skills And Loving God As Power

Well, let's see, it it depends on the level that you're at with your sensory abilities, but it if you're at the level to where you can feel thought-based energy, then you want to make a a definite self-created thought. Like just say something simple like the cat ran across the street. Why? I don't know why, it doesn't matter. And then fee you can feel the direction of that thought through through your mind when it's self-created, and then relax. So you'll get to know the quality of your own thought within your mind. Then when other thought vibrates, even though it's in your voice, that that's what they do, but it'll move in a different direction. You'll feel it coming from a different place. Another tip is um, unless your life is in the magical state, unless you're in the bliss and the overflow, filled with the Holy Spirit in every moment, go ahead and assume that about five to ten negative spirits are working in and through you, because that's the state of the world. With with enough clairvoyance, you can see it. You can I call them the body hoppers. They're they're everywhere coming and going. And it's no reason to make people scared. I mean, God gave us authority over all spirits. It it's in the Bible, and I know the Bible isn't a great source of inspiration for everybody, but there's great gold nuggets of super powerful truth in there, and one is that God gave us authority over all spirits. That authority is the body itself. This body is so much more real than a spirit, it's made of the same substance. So if you can gain a spiritual presence in the body, then you can literally break apart any lesser spirit, which they're all lesser spirits, then us. Humanity is the peak evolution of God. I know that's difficult for people to understand because we're seeming to be so limited here, but this is the current great compression level of the omniverse. This is the universal creation. All souls are trying to make it here to this, but because it's so much more. Ultimately, the only permanent, perfect defense is to devote your ego consciousness, which is your human self-awareness, to loving God in the moment, in every moment. So you have to learn this. Once you make the choice, once you make contact through spirit with God and feel the Holy Spirit, if if you can make the commitment, as long as it's sincere, it has to be sincere, that I commit all of myself to loving you in the moment, then you'll receive a greater infusion. The Holy Ghost will go deeper in you. And from there, the more you can remember to love God in the moment. Love is an attractive force. Love is behind gravity. All particles remember being one. They all came from God, they all want to be one again. That's the power of love, is gravity. So as you choose to love God inside your body here and now, you're opening up attractive space, and more of God begins to fill you and to fill you. And then you you rob from these negative spirits their power, which is desire. They work through your desire, especially your good desires. They're clever like that. You know, the road to hell is paved with good intentions. You know, there's truth to that. If your singular desire is to love God in the moment, they got nothing on you. They'll give up, so they'll stop trying. And you're so full of the possibility and potential of God. Now, don't get me wrong, when I say this, I know a lot of people might imagine so you just sit around all day doing nothing but but love God. No, no, no, not at all. This is a mental configuration. As I choose to state a being God, yeah. God will fill you quite naturally with with other intentions, but you won't have to think about them. You you just go about your life. So it's the highest form of self-empowerment as you choose to love God in the moment you embody more of God through the force of love, which is attraction and gravity. Everybody's heard love is the most powerful force in the universe, and Hart knows that's true. But how can this be so? Uh all these meditating Tibetan monks got their land stolen from them and they have nowhere to go, and they're still meditating, praying. Well, that's not the love that I'm talking about. I'm talking about love as a force, not a humanized, fluffy concept. Love as a force is attraction. It's a property of the space that the light flows through, which is vibration. When light flows through loving space, it gets amplified, magnified, and harmonized. When light flows through destructive negative space, it gets distorted and it becomes caustic and dissonant. And so that's that's the difference. So the negative ones, they want to cause distortion and decay and entropy within the body, but they'll just have no place in you once you devote your yourself to love. So the more of God that embodies within you, the more powerful you become, the more miracles and synchronicities you experience. And it's just like a domino effect. Once you make the conscious choice to love God in the moment, and once you gain connection to your spirit, and you know how to do that, right? Like through the breath, we expand the breath spherically. We breathe from all in. A breath is like a big hug, right? So as you take a big deep breath of God, breathing it from all directions, just holding God and just loving God, then mmm, like it just makes this magic, and it just keeps building, building, building, building, building. Power, potential, possibility, miracles, synchronicity all day, every day. And that's the fruit of it. You mentioned before about how do you know positive spirits from negative spirits, and that's a great question. So the Bible says by their fruits you will know them. It's a common New Age spiritual fallacy that vibration tells the whole tale, it doesn't. Vibration's a clue. But I've met very powerful entities that can be all heart, all heart, all positivity while thinking about how they can use this to destroy you. So you can't trust the vibr. It's a clue, right?

And a good clue, but it's not but all only by their fruits. So you start to work with spirits. Does your life get better? Does your health improve? Or are you complaining about ascension symptoms, right? That's the wrong spirits.

Yes, amen to that. Yes. I know that that is such a new age way. Like, people are talking about the ascension symptoms, and like even when I'm not actively working with any spirits, like I do experience things, but it's usually like kind of like there's other things going on in the background, whether it's like other people trying to like thwart my progression or whatever. But I have noticed that there's a lot of people making excuses for the spirits they work with. And I get that with the people I work with, like my my mentees that come to me and they're like, Well, I'm working with Heck Eight, and you know, she's having me do all this stuff for, you know, healing and all of this. But at the same time, like I have all this drama and there's all these issues, and like, yeah, all my faucets in my house won't work. And it's like, yeah, hmm, you should maybe consider that. Right. Because that that is such I think looking at like how relationships with others are going, if there's like a bunch of weird house things going on, if your family members or friends start to have like weird mood swings out of the blue, like these are definitely red flags that you are interacting with something that is not for your highest and best good, especially if like your life goes from being relatively calm and peaceful to suddenly it seems like everyone and their mother has a problem with you.

Right. Yep. Amen. So the the fruit of working with the right spirits is power, potential, possibility, health, clarity of thought, upliftment of emotions, luminosity, love, good fortune, and that's it. You know, any anything less than that is is the wrong spirit, and the Holy Spirit becomes the ultimate filter of your relationship with God because you don't need to work with any spirits once once you have the Holy Spirit. You only work with the Holy Spirit because all good spirits are already one with the Holy Spirit, so they can come with to you in the name of the Holy Spirit, and they don't have to present themselves as anything separate from that. Whole hosts of spirits are they know the Christ, they know the Holy Spirit. Like the ascending masters and with all their art. Yes, but they won't need to introduce themselves as something separate from that. They'll have no problem just being the Holy Spirit, and they they will need no credit for the work that they're doing, so they won't need to announce some separate name, they'll just be happy with being known as Holy Spirit to you.

Reiki, Communion, And Living Prayer

That's w very early in my working with spirit and learning things like when I first learned Reiki, I think Reiki was the most powerful modality I think I ever learned because the way I was taught Reiki was very traditional. My teachers had learned it in Japan from and were like seventh lineage from Yasui. So it was like very, very experiential. It's like you just sit in the state of being, and they would just sit and lecture while being in the state of being, like very, very traditional teaching. And pretty much they were like, you shouldn't move on to Reiki 2 until you have learned to become this state of being 24-7. So I worked for two years becoming that state of being. I just did it every day. I I did it in my sessions, I did it on myself, I did it, I like pretty much filled my my environment, my home, and things got so much better in my life. Like life was balanced. I really I I remember when I stopped doing it regularly, things got very like they started to get like get stressful again and things started to get chaotic again. I was like, what's going on? But when I was in that space, everything I learned from spirit where I'd be like doing meditation or um tarot cards have have always been a way that I know spirit has talked to me, like where I'm like, I can't always discern what you're saying in energy. So please communicate with me in a way I can understand. And tarot was always that way where they'd like give me encouragement and stuff. And so in my readings, it was like they would teach me certain things about myself or certain gifts that I had. And by they I mean it was like it was the same energy, it was the this Reiki, but it was it was like all around me and inside of me, it was this oneness that was just everywhere all at once, and I never had names for the guides I was working with or the skills that I was learning. It was always just this like bright it was like brighter than gold. Like I don't have a term for it was just like viscous, thick, luxurious honey energy. I don't I don't know, I was just everywhere all the time.

Yeah, it's so thick and it fills you in such a way that like if you just sit with it and you just allow it to be with you, I would be under in this like cosmic void. Like it was like floating in space where I felt like I was there for an eternity, but I wasn't. I was there for like 15 minutes, 10 minutes, but I would I felt like I lived there like multiple lifetimes and I wasn't even aware of myself. I just was like floating in this peaceful, quiet zen place for what felt like many, many, many lifetimes. And then when I became aware of myself, it's like, wait, I'm aware of myself. Oh no, I'm back in my body, oh shucks. That was a nice vacation. Back to work now, but I think what you're describing of like learning how to be in that state of being and holding that state of being.

Yes, I call that state of being communion. To a Catholic, it's eating a wafer, sipping some wine. To me, it's it's going into soul expansion, extrasensory perception, and devoting the moment to loving God, and that's communion. And then whatever you know, through the breath, through through the expanse. I do a dance of the soul where where I move in energy like like Tai Chi, but I'm inside, outside my body at the same time. I dance through the body.

Yeah, well while breathing God and and acknowledging, thanking. You know, it's communion. Yeah, it's the ultimate evolution. Yeah. It's the best thing you can do for every good aspect of your life. Every single possible good thing you can achieve with energy, health of the body, peace of the mind, equipment of emotions, manifestation of positive events, all of it is done through this communion, and and it it's it's amazing. You you need some uh foundational skills in in order to do it because God is spirit, right? So you need to remember your spirit through through focus and meditational process. practices and then your communion just goes next and next level. So communion could start as prayer and and just saying, I love you, God. Where is God? Well there's nowhere that God is not. So how about you just choose where God is? I recommend the heart. I just say God's right there, I I love you, I love you. Are you there? I I love you. You know, pray. And that's infinitely better than nothing. You know, but then work on your theta brain waves, reducing the waves, remembering your your spirit, extra sensory perception, and it just keeps going next level. You know, the knob keeps turning up and it's so beautiful, blissful, and it improves your physical life so much that really in any moment we never ever have anything better to do than to love God right now.

Well I I can tell that I I would like to be able to give the listeners either like I don't know if you're able to guide them through a practice or to be the tuning fork, you know, like in Reiki, like kind of how how we we facilitate for everyone else to learn that state, right? By being the state. I don't know if there's any way that you can guide the listeners into tasting experiencing that state through a meditation or just to kind of like maybe tune their bodies into knowing what that feels like so that they can start to apply that in their life and so that they can tell the difference between what that oneness state is and a false spirit that is trying to lead them astray.

Guided Heart Practice With Breath

I could uh definitely and I'll make that very uh simple so prerequisite understanding is that the the external reality it is a sensory illusion provided by by the electrical senses of the body. So you may be listening to me I'm talking on a screen I'm coming through your computer that's just psychological symbology provided to you by the nervous system. This is an internal dialogue this is an internal dialogue. My true location is in the center of the universe where I've always been which is in the very center of your heart which is where Christ dwells so I would ask the listeners to treat my video image as as though it's the real me. It's a psychological symbol that leads to the rest of me. I am an emissary from Christ. I I dwell there permanently I dwell in the center permanently in a fifth dimensional state which means my external reality is one with my internal reality. It's one in the same so first thing is realize that this is an internal dialogue my my true location is inside of you. I'm a member of your soul family because I'm here on earth we're we're all human we're all one giant global soul so I am I am a part of you consider me like like the part of you that you sent off to do extreme meditations and and pierce the veil and bring back all sorts of wonderful knowledge and information to you at the right time. If you can accept that that in me and open your heart then then I will through Christ in your heart activate within you now. So look into both of my eyes simultaneously treating my video image as though it's the real me don't go bifocal. So bifocal vision is always don't look at the center of my nose don't look at my cheek don't look in this eye don't look in that eye spread the bifocal apart and view my whole silhouette as one image and I'll guide you through a process. Your chest is a warm frying pan your head is a stick of melting butter let all the presence that you normally hold in your head begin to drip down into your chest I'm already there I'm already in the center of your heart and I am speaking from the perspective of the Christ consciousness. I don't need you to honor me or even humor me as a separate being from that I am here now I'm in your space and your time as an emissary to that being which came to us in his time and his space as you let go of your bifocal vision and accept the whole of me as one singular point of focus, honoring once again that this is an internal dialogue you'll begin to see things on the screen you'll begin to see white glow outline around me you'll begin to see an aura treat it like a mirror that that's what I am everything you see on the screen happening it is happening inside of you. So relax and go deeper all minute data that you get or gain from this a white glow an outline colorful dots swimming around in in the air in your body accept it validate it don't question it and definitely don't go bifocal in your vision keep keep a spiritual focus is the opposite of focus the skin of the human body is an artificial barrier that we invented as consciousness to give us a distinction between the internal and the external but it is just that an artificial barrier so drop it now. All around your skin is your spirit waiting to be recognized waiting to be noticed so dissolve the skin barrier and let the outside in. And now we're going to begin to love God God is everywhere God is everything. The Holy Spirit is the omnipresence of God there's nowhere that it is not so decide in this moment that God dwells underneath the skin of your body centrally located inside of your heart and as you breathe view it like you are hugging God and holding God through the power of your breath tell God on on your next exhale that you love God and then inhale that response which will be the breath that enters into your lungs take a big deep breath of the love that God has for you. Very good I know so many of you felt that because I felt so much within my own self because for me this is also an internal dialogue. I am a bridge and that is my sole purpose we are Holy Spirit we are Christ we are Mother and we are Father you have suffered so much for the glory of God. Glorify God give all glory to God and that glory will be returned to you for God dwells in the center of your being let your life now become a living prayer and love God in this moment and each moment moving forward forever in the name of the eternal Christ and with reverence and gratitude.

Amen that was really beautiful I am so grateful for you sharing that and for the incredible experience that I was given because that was very very touching for me. It was a state that I have uh that I've missed because I I think I put up a lot of barriers for for protection purposes and it also uh I think it closed me off from being able to to be able to to to to love myself and to love all that is because when you're putting up all those barriers you're cutting yourself off from all that is too yes yes stop stop labeling this the spirits like I said any good true and worthy spirit will come to you in the name of Christ in the name of the Holy Spirit it will not demand any recognition of its individuality we are the authors of our individuality I don't need any other person to validate me. Same thing with all good positive beings so when you orient yourself in in this way you can and spiritually speaking you will only know the Holy Spirit there will be the Christ which is the center of your heart the parental consciousness which surrounds this universe and the Holy Spirit which is in between I do not interact with any other beings ever except my soulmate soulmate Christ Holy Spirit parental consciousness that that which comes from beyond in that is contained everything and everything good worthy and true will not have a problem just being that they will not need any individual recognition and when you arrange this as your solid beliefs go at first so for those out there whether beginner intermediary or advanced if they happen to have beings that come into their consciousness either knowingly or unknowingly because a lot of us it's unknowingly I know for me it's does come in as as unknowingly a lot of times due to past programming right yes what would you recommend being kind of a master of astral related interactions what would you recommend people do when they start to either be attacked emotionally or psychologically or even like on a spiritual level where it's kind of hard to figure out like what's real, what's not like what what can people do to kind of yes obviously this practice please you guys come back to this and do this but like if they are in in the throes of it and you're having like a whole nervous breakdown you're like psychologically like just being battered by invisible things that you forget are there, right?

I mean I I kinda know but I think it's good because the astral attacks have really increased and I have a lot of clients and if it's really bad to where your life has become unmanageable then you need to at all costs set set apart a period of time where you stop honoring any individual being outside of the self. You cancel all beliefs all beliefs and anything but self and and God completely no no honoring no calling the mother no checking in on Facebook no talking to your brother no getting with your friends because they'll work through these things especially if they aren't spiritually aware. So for a good space of time there can only be self and God and you do not believe in anything else if you get any data spiritual data sensory data suggesting that there might be some other thing discount it. Dismiss it say no and come back to the practice take a big deep loving breath of God love is the most powerful force in the universe its gravity is crushing. The one thing that negative entities do not have is love and love is the metaphysical muscles of the soul it is power it is strength it is might as you do this and you take a big deep and you love God anything negative has two choices flee or three choices flee accept the love of God in which case it's transformed not likely to happen but does occasionally or be crushed in in the gravity and just smashed out of existence forever. Love is the most powerful force and loving God is the most powerful love don't ever discount it. So the power of beliefs stop believing that's what they they want from you they'll start out as a vibration then they'll become a sound or or an emotion and if you validate that the next thing you know you might get a knock on your door like it could get really freaky so you gotta cut it you got to cut it at the mental level and don't let anything in invalidate all spiritual experience except the love that that you have for God.

That is some great advice now question if you happen to be in the presence of something and it's doing things and you're like okay I'm just invalidating everything that isn't me and God, right? Right. Like anything going on in my head, anything going on in my emotions, I'm just going to breathe in love and exhale that God loves me. So breathing in that I love God, exhaling that God loves me and I'm just gonna do this until whatever is going on goes away right but would it also work if you did a couple of those breaths and you've got this flow of God love cycling if you turned it towards that being and you're just like I love you and God loves you too and like what would that do to an entity or a being like if you actually went and saw the entity or the being through the eyes of God and you were like I understand your suffering I understand that you were born of pain and I understand how like how how that would that that would be such a painful existence, right? And it's like I love you little spirit thing wherever like would that help? Would that be an effective if you have like I have the capacity to do that because I work with people and they bring entities that they have thought were part of them for so long and that was how I would work them out was I would love them and tell them like hey you're not unsavable. God loves you would you like to be reborn and like I I don't I would just give give it over to Christ and Christ would be like yay and do what I don't know exactly what Christ did but that was kind of what God showed me it would do with these beings.

So like I'm just curious if a normal person did that would it work I understand the intentions behind that like father like son like mother like son but remember that God is doing this constantly there's never a moment that God isn't reaching out to all beings that that want healing. So number one they didn't ask you for healing number two they're dark they're evil like it's it it can be received it can be effective but but it's Christ is already doing that and and Christ has has enough strength to where it can't be interrupted in that way by just doing the by reaching out and just calling it all God if they actually are capable of receiving that healing they will through through the great practice that this practice that I'm describing isn't individual and it isn't private. When you do this you are joining in oneness with all other beings that have chosen love that have chosen God. You're being one with Christ as Christ reaches out to the original creator and loves it with all of its heart. So you're joining the original healing force that is strong and capable of doing this without hurting itself. So I I I would be very careful of that because it can get you in trouble. But like we talked about four the most clever manipulative spirits will work through your good intentions. So what you just described to me sounds apart from the wisest thing you can do in every moment which is to love God and be in communion. So it sounds like a very clever very well polished uh attempt to get you off your your guard or to get you somewhere where you might be able to be hurt. So just doing that that regular God is always reaching out to all of these beings. They they could have it they could be healed in an instant but they they don't know love. So most likely it's just gonna pass right through them. They're not even gonna recognize it that's the scripture I am the light that shines in the darkness and the darkness doesn't perceive it. You know that that's what that is. So yes that can be effective but no I would not recommend it.

Okay that makes sense thank you because I have that was uh a part of my practice for a long time because I didn't know of any other way to kind of I would project the fact that they were safe and that you know they weren't going to be punished because a lot of spirits that I was interacting with in clients were so afraid of being punished. Like they had given up on the ability to be saved. And like that was what they were showing me is like I there's no why why even try to be good because it it it it's not gonna matter I'm gonna go to hell anyway or I'm gonna you know have to burn an eternal flame like why would it matter I had you know I work with Archangel Michael so much and I'd be like Michael is this true and he's like no if they choose to go to God then no they can choose it but they have to choose it.

Angels, Redemption, And Spiritual Law

If they don't choose it they will literally be like eradicated. So I I tell every spirit that I'm like listen I don't want to tear you apart like that that does not bring me joy right it excites me but it does not bring me joy right I would love to offer you an alternative how would you like to go back to source you kind of have to do a little life review. That's not always the most fun but after that once you're once you're done doing your life review you will be reborn at whatever you want because you've done the karmic whatever that you have to do. And it's like it's it sounds super scary but really it's better than being trapped here. And that's why I tell them I'm like I've I've been shown and the source showed me by actually taking me through what it feels like to be an entity or to be stuck in that in the astral plane. So I like know how much pressure and pain and like how desperate they are for other humans to sustain their life force. They are like parasitic in the sense that like their existence solely relies on naivety that they even exist. And so it was really painful for me to like actually go through this meditation where I was shown what it feels like to be an entity and God was like I pretty much want you to like help these spirits so they know that it's they don't have to die. And so that was kind of what I was shown early in my shamanic work was like I have to help them and I've had some say no and it doesn't work out for them and I'm I'm sad for them but like you know like what can you do? You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. So I just know that the times they said yes there was a portal that's opened in the you know in my in my room and Archangel Michael and Archangel Azriel and Archangel Sariel take them and lift them in through this big light portal and and then they're not there anymore.

That was that that's safe you you if if you're a bridge for the angels then just send send in an angel to do that because an angel knows no separation from God what whatsoever so they're always safe in what they do. And zoom out remember the big picture this reality has been an experiment in the effect of suffering on the growth of the spirit the data is in and nothing grows the soul faster than suffering period. However it's about the journey not the destination so I reject suffering moving forwards. But so all beings that are in suffering they're going to come out of it eventually and when they do the more they were allowed to suffer the brighter they're going to shine the more light that they're going to have and remember too I don't know if you've seen this yet but most of spiritual warfare uh that Michael does it isn't about vanquishing it's about communicating with them in the only language they can now understand which is violence and Michael will beat them into submission and once they're submitted Michael will restore them back to Christ show them the light and give them a a ticket back to to all of it. So anything that can possibly be saved and ends up saved not everything should be saved. It all goes back to God anyhow it's all one being expressing itself as many many many different parts nothing is ever lost God knows all God sees all so anything that is redeemable will will be redeemed if God makes the choice to flush the toilet then that's for the betterment of all nothing is ever lost but but not all personality not not all projections of of consciousness are take root and grow and yield fruit and the ones that don't yield any fruit why why would you grow a plant that in the middle of a beautiful garden that doesn't yield any fruit and God knows and and Michael will go in on the worst of them and do a much better job than than we ever could. So if you are a bridge for the angels I would just say I always hand it over.

Yeah there you go I do well so there's there's Michael Michael's kind of like the judgment call I guess but there's another angel that has presented itself to me that comes if there is a being an energy form or a demon that has broken spiritual law. So Michael comes in when it's like hey you're not supposed to be here and the host no longer wants you here, right? Whereas this other angel, I I think it's it starts with an S. I I don't know if it's serial, but I have to I'll I'll double check for you. Because I think it's an interesting, but the angel came to me and then it was like the lum that pretty much when there's an entity that has broken spiritual lum and they come in and then they I pretty much say, Hey, you've broken the lum. Now I have to take you to the foot of the cross, and you must be judged. So there's certain entities that have broken actual spiritual laws, like there are rules in the spiritual realm, like the amstral plane and in the spiritual realm, and they are given a certain amount of power. It's like pretty much if we're naive to them they can kind of run among there are certain things they can't do, like if in host manages like you have no longer have this to me, and they keep becoming them again when they keep doing things that they're not supposed to do. If you come along that particular angel, he takes care of it because then they're like a lot of entities in the length of 10 to 15 years that have like somehow depends on the spiritual law gate or something, and and they're all just like breaking a bunch of laws and they're not supposed to be. I think it's due to like like sensitive culturalism.
